Obviously Dodge wanted a stand-out entry into the SUV market, though it's debatable whether or not they hit with the 2007 Dodge Nitro.

Certainly they succeeded on the outside, as you won't find another boxy model like this... well anywhere. It's clearly intended to be macho, though we didn't get the same sense from the engine rev. Still, there's an optional stain-resistant cloth that claims to be able to handle whatever a he-man spills, from beer to blood. There's more to say about the brawn wagon called the 2007 Dodge Nitro, but we'll leave it to the photos, specs, reviews and other automotive standards.
